Bookings and payments
All bookings for retreats, workshops and experiences are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is only confirmed once we have received your completed registration and any required deposit or payment. Prices are listed in the currency shown on the booking page and must be paid in full by the deadlines communicated to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation terms vary by experience and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are generally non-refundable. We may offer credit toward a future experience where circumstances allow. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an experience due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, we will offer you a reasonable alternative or refund.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to Becoming Alpha and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. The Becoming Alpha name, logo and visual identity may not be used without permission.
User content
If you submit content to us, such as testimonials, photos or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for promotional, marketing and operational purposes. You confirm that you have the right to share any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

Travel, health and participation
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate travel insurance, visas, vaccinations and health precautions for any retreat or experience. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies or accessibility requirements that may affect your participation. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe a situation poses a risk to you or others.
