Christina and Irene held the first Becoming Alpha retreat in the hills above Paphos. Three days, a small group of women, no phones on the table. The format we still use. Quiet room, long table, considered work. It was written here.

The first room
A small group of women, most of whom had never met. A first room, a first conversation, and the beginning of something.
The land
A working olive grove, a Byzantine chapel, hills that turn gold at dusk. The programme moved between the terrace, the studio and the long table.
What it became
The conversations from Minthis are the reason Becoming Alpha exists. The group chat is still on. Two of the guests co-founded a company.
